Job Shadow Day

Job Shadow Day is an event in which freshmen and sophomore students spend a morning shadowing a corporate host, followed by a luncheon downtown. Often, corporate hosts are alumni of Phi Beta Lambda. The event is open to all members of PBL within the College of Business Administration. The purpose of Job Shadow Day is to provide students with an opportunity to evaluate a career, learn about a company, and get an early start in building their network. It is a fantastic way for students to gain a better understanding of the real workforce, and an incredible networking opportunity for both parties. Additionally, this event gives corporations early exposure to the best, brightest, and most driven students of CBA.
