Internal Professional Development

Phi Beta Lambda prides itself on the professional development that it offers to members; therefore, the Internal Professional Development team is vital to the overall success of the organization. As a member of this team, members play an interactive role in the planning and facilitating of professional development events within the organization. This gives members first hand networking experience with both members and alumni. As a team member, people are able to plan, host, and mediate events. For instance, when there are workshops in the form of panels, a team member will mediate it. Being on the professional development team is an extremely beneficial for networking and leadership opportunities.
